    2. Save $taxtabl.zip to C:\.
    3. In the Paychoice Connection, select Processing, Refresh, Tax Tables.
    4. Select "Disk" for Type of Refresh.
    5. Select C:\ drive.

    1. Click on the link to download it.
    2. Save branch.zip to C:\.
    3. In the Paychoice Connection, select Processing, Refresh, Branch Files.
    4. Select "Disk" for Type of Refresh.
    5. Select C:\ drive.

pcwebi.exe - PAI - FTP Client Software for Connection (1.5.1)

1. Run the file from the Internet (do not save it anywhere)
2. Wait for update to complete

patch509.exe - PAI - PC Connection Patch to version 5.0.9

1. Run the file from the Internet (do not save it anywhere)
2. Wait for update to complete

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

    1. BACKUP FIRST! - Click on Tools -> Utilities-> Backup (you should not experience any data loss, but it is always a good idea to back up your data before an upgrade)

    2. CLOSE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE PAYCHOICE CONNECTION.

    NOTE: You can run the following two updates from their current location. There is no need to save them to your hard drive. Just click on the link, then Open or Run it. It will then download and run the setup.

ViewChoi ce.exe - PAI - Secure ViewChoice Viewer (for viewing payroll reports after processing)

   1. Run or it from the current location (do not save it anywhere).
   2. It will then start the installation
   3. Follow all the default choices and hit next and finish.

    The first time you run the program, it will ask you to create a password for the program. This is so that someone else can not view any of the information we send you without knowing the password that you set up on your pc.

    Once the program is installed, you will be able to look at the files that we send you. They are sent as an attachment in email. You can view the attachment by double clicking on it, or save it to another location for viewing. You can also print the information once you are in the viewer. Once you view a report, you can then just open the viewer from your Start menu and all of the prior reports that you have viewed will be there.
