PayServ Client Rewards Program
Terms & Conditions
The Rewards Program sponsored by PayServ offers the opportunity to earn a $100 American Express Gift Card for each employer referred to PayServ which results in a sale, and processing of first payroll by PayServ. A sale is defined as a referred business that becomes a new PayServ client by signing a PayServ sales order and accompanying service agreement for one or more PayServ products or services. For 5 referrals that become PayServ Clients you will earn 6 $100 American Express Gift Cards. For 10 referrals that become PayServ clients you will earn 12 $100 American Express Gift Cards.
To be eligible for the referral program, the referred business must be a business that is not currently a client of PayServ. In the event that the same referral has come from multiple sources, PayServ reserves the right to split the reward between sources.
Referrals are valid for 90 days extended only at company’s option.
Permission
Submitting a referral constitutes the right of PayServ to contact referred company.
By participating in the program, the referring individual grants PayServ consent to disclose their identity (company and name) to the referred business.
PayServ will not share any information with third parties.
Rewards
If the referral results in a sale, and the first payroll get processed by PayServ, the referring individual will be notified via phone call, and the $100 American Express Gift Card will be mailed out to the referral source.
