New York State Election Law

Section 3-110 of the NYS Election law was amended this year related to allowing employees time off to vote. Therefore, if you are a New York State employer, please read through the below links for information regarding giving your employees adequate time to vote along with the required posting notice.

Important: Every employer needs to post the above notice to all employees in a public place. This notice can be posted in your office if all employees are in one location or through the Employee Self Service feature of your payroll platform in order to be compliant.
