Important Payroll RemindersPay Frequency: Federal & State laws require employers to pay workers a minimum amount of times per month depending on the industry. Please check with your state’s Department of Labor to make sure you are meeting the minimum requirement for pay frequency. Pay Stubs: This is a reminder to our clients that employers need to give pay stub access to their employees. If you have electronic service with us, this is easily done through Employee Self Service (ESS). Please let us know if you need any assistance with setting this up.
