We have simplified the Payroll login process through PayServ iSolved People Cloud. Effective June 30, 2023 all users will enter their email address instead of their username when logging in.
We’re excited for this update as this new login process enhances security while simplifying the login experience for our clients.
The upgrade will be quick and easy. The first time you log in on or after the release, you’ll be asked to go through a simple process to migrate your account over to your associated email address. Going forward this will mean one email address, one password to remember!
If any user has more than one account attached to their email address, after they log in, they are prompted to select which account they want to access.
